With the "Biotest Next Level" investment program, Biotest will more than double the entire production capacity of the Biotest Group. In addition to the construction of a basic plasma fractionation facility with a throughput of 1.4 million liters, bulk production plants for albumin and for the new product lines fibrinogen and trimodulin (IgM concentrate) as well as the next-generation polyvalent immunoglobulin G are being built. The new production building, which is supplied by its own energy center, was built in accordance with the latest regulations of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2015) and the Renewable Energy Act.
